Diana Valler is an accomplished and dynamic executive with a wealth of experience spanning more than 17 years in the realms of Strategic Human Resources, Talent Management, and Organizational Transformation, all of which are keenly geared towards delivering tangible business outcomes. Before joining our organization, Diana boasts an impressive track record as Vice President of Human Resources for multiple professional services firms operating in diverse sectors such as franchising, consulting, and software.
Diana’s expertise lies in the art of cultivating human capital and enhancing organizational capabilities by harmonizing them with business objectives and corporate vision, thus catalyzing accelerated growth, heightened competitive agility, and the swift execution of strategic endeavours. Alongside my responsibilities as CHRO for H.I.S. Canada, I lead the HR strategy across the Americas region (North, Central, South America, Hawaii, and Micronesia) aligning people, culture, governance, and talent initiatives with regional business objectives and global H.I.S. Group priorities. Overseeing HR standardization, organizational development, compliance, and talent strategies across multiple countries while fostering a unified culture rooted in the Group’s Kokoro Odoru philosophy. Partners closely with Global HQ in Japan to drive sustainable growth, strengthen governance, and build scalable people infrastructure across the region.
